General Policies
- Guests are politely asked to respect fellow movie-goers by refraining from disruptive behavior during the Feature Presentation, including talking or using devices with screens or lights.
- Guests may not bring into the theatre any outside food or beverages other than water.
- All online ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. You must bring in the physical credit card used to purchase the online ticket along with a state ID matching the name on the card.
Age Policies
- Children ages 2 and under are free if held by a guardian. If the child requires a separate seat, a ticket must be purchased.
- Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 21 years of age for ‘R’ rated features.
- Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (21+ years old) for all showings after 6PM. Limit 4 minors per guardian.

Frequent Hand-washing

Employees should be trained on hand-hygiene practices, and are required to wash hands frequently at easily-accessible hand-washing facilities.

Enhanced Cleaning

Auditoriums should be carefully disinfected between movie screenings. High-touch surfaces should be wiped down periodically with EPA-registered disinfectant.
Employee Health Training

All employees should be trained on the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 as well as local theatre policies and procedures.
Modified Concessions

Minimize cash transactions and encourage credit cards or contactless payments whenever possible. Theaters will eliminate communal food and condiments that requires shared serving utensils or equipment.
